RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Nuvella-Lane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange your item in accordance with the policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email info@nuvella-lane.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package
    Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include your return authorization inside the parcel.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 days after inspection for the refund to appear.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted for items that meet the same conditions as above (new, unused, within 14 days).
Please contact  info@nuvella-lane.com to request an exchange authorization before returning the item.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at  info@nuvella-lane.com
We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
Please email  info@nuvella-lane.com with clear photos of the issue, and we will promptly resolve it by arranging a replacement or refund.
